# ◾ How to Create an Activity :::info Available to users with [***Activity Manager***](/doc/privileges-wnjrx8qPWS) *privilege* or Admins. ::: 1. Go to [**Activities**](/doc/activity-manager-8Z2fsIu6LP)**.** 2. On the right, click the **+New** button at the top of the **Activities** pane. 3. The [**Edit Activity**](/doc/edit-activity-pop-up-uYFkqiiNhq) window pops up. → By default, you are brought to the [**Basics**](/doc/basics-tab-fkkwtT2A87) tab of the new Activity. 4. Once the name of the Activity is saved, a link leading to [**Advanced Scheduling**](/doc/advanced-scheduling-6uw4GlWcNY) appears in the top right corner of the editing window. ***NOTE:***  Users with only Activity Manager privilege cannot perform any actions in Advanced Scheduling. ::: 2.
