# ◾ How to Copy Events of an Activity into Another Activity

1. Access the [**Edit Activity**](/doc/edit-activity-pop-up-uYFkqiiNhq) pop-up window of the **Activity** whose [**events**](/doc/events-jgKvWwXKxY) you want to copy.
2. Click the [**Advanced Scheduling**](/doc/advanced-scheduling-6uw4GlWcNY) link in the top right corner of the window.  
   The system navigates to the **Activity Scheduler** page with all the scheduled events.   
3. Select the Activity into which you want to copy all the events from the **Copy events to** drop-down.

***IMPORTANT:*** The Copy events to the menu contains only the upcoming events.

4\. Once the **target Activity** is selected, click **Copy**.

The **events will be copied** to the selected upcoming Activity **with identical**  

* **durations**,
* **timeslot structures,**
* **group size,**
* **rotation scheme.**  

The *dates and start times* correlate with those of the original events, with the start of the Activity as the **reference point**.  
The copied events start as many days after the start of the upcoming event as there are between the start of the original Activity and its first event.

***IMPORTANT:*** The upcoming Activity **has to contain assigned Case(s);** otherwise, the [**stations**](/doc/stations-in-advanced-scheduling-DbvzvWxUZV) (set about a Case) will not be copied.  
If a [**Case**](/doc/case-manager-QdAIr4bLwJ) of the upcoming Activity differs from the copied one, **the system will assign the one available in the target Activity**.
