How to Control Room Panels in Single Room View - Legacy version

Important Note for Enterprise Lite Users

This feature is for use with in-campus audiovisual (AV) inputs. Hence, it is not available for LearningSpace Enterprise Lite, which is used for web-conferencing-based virtual simulation encounters only. To unlock this feature, please upgrade to the LearningSpace Enterprise solution.

  1. Enter a room.
    The camera - and simulator, if any - panes and the Record Control and Intercom panels are displayed by default. 

The tab of a hidden panel is white, and the tabs of the displayed panels are shaded.

2. Click the tab of a displayed panel to hide it or click the tab of a hidden panel to display it.

3. Click the Window layout settings button to access the settings.

4. Click the icon of the panel function or a room name to show or hide that panel or room.

Shaded selections indicate that a given panel or room is hidden.

5. Click the Advanced settings link to open the Window Layout Settings pop-up window.

To arrange the Single Room View as previously saved, select a layout from the Load layout drop-down and click Close.

6. To create a new custom window layout:

  • activate the desired panels,

  • check the box at Automatically display annotation panel while recording if desired,

  • type the name of the new layout in the Save layout field the click Save.

7. To delete a custom layout:

  • select the saved layout from the Load layout drop-down,

  • click Delete.

8. When done, click the Close button.
