How to Complete a FON Evaluation - Legacy version

Important Note for Enterprise Lite Users

This feature is for use with in-campus audiovisual (AV) inputs. Hence, it is not available for LearningSpace Enterprise Lite, which is used for web-conferencing-based virtual simulation encounters only. To unlock this feature, please upgrade to the LearningSpace Enterprise solution.

FON Evaluation can be accessed by clicking the FON Data Entry button on the Your Activities panel of the user's dashboard.

  1. The button navigates to the Video Review screen, where the recording can be selected.

  2. If the Data Entry panel is not visible, click the Data Entry icon (grayed if disabled) within the Window layout settings or click the DataEntry tab (white) on the left side of the screen.
    The Data Entry panel containing a blank FON evaluation form appears for the room, Activity, Case, and learners selected in the Record Control panel.

  3. Complete the FON Evaluation as desired.

  4. When finished, scroll down and select Submit at the bottom of the Data Entry panel.
    A confirmation message in the Data Entry panel says the FON Evaluation has been submitted.
