# ◾ How to Clear the Score Cache

1. Access the **Preset Reports** tab of the **Reports** module.
2. Select the desired Activity from the **Activity** drop-down.  
   Once the Activity is selected, the *Activity* *Reporting* *Setup* link is displayed at the bottom of the tab.

1. Click the *Activity Reporting Setup* link.  
   The **Activity Reporting Setup** page appears.
2. Click the [**Clear** **Score** **Cache**](/doc/clearing-the-score-cache-KWRGH8XaOL) button at the bottom of the **Activity** **Reporting** **Setup** page.

   The Clear Score Cache prompt appears.

3. Select **OK** to clear the cache.

Clearing the score cache means **the system removes any pre-calculated scores** and **recalculates** them upon requesting a certain report.
