How to Add New Usage to an Existing Resource Entry
From the Resource Manager screen, click the Resource Register tab.
Use the drop-down menus and date fields at the top of the register to find the resource to which the new usage is to be added.
Click the Add New Resource Usage button. A blank entry line appears for the resource.
Use the drop-down menus to identify the Resource, Client, Activity, Event, and Timeslot.
Enter the usage quantity in the Quantity field.

The unit of the usage quantity depends on the selected resource.
6. To save the new usage entry, click the checkmark.
To cancel the entry, click the X.
When a resource activity is added or changed, the clients assigned to it automatically change. The system automatically registers that usage for changes assigned to a video recording.
The duration of the video is used to compile resource usage data.
The Favorite Resources panel updates to display the Resource Cabinets you selected as favorites.
