# ◾ How to Access the Resource Usage

1. Access the the [**Activity Scheduler**](/doc/advanced-scheduling-6uw4GlWcNY) for the desired Activity and click the [**Resource Usage**](/doc/resource-usage-tab-5IShw5BtSo) button next to the event you want to access the resource usage for.

2\. The [**Resource Register**](/doc/resource-register-tab-cbIDXFgwak) tab for the selected event appears.

3\. If desired, filter the list using the drop-down menus at the top of the **Resource Register** tab.

If you want to see the resource usage for the Activity, select *(All Events)* from the **Events** drop-down.

Resource usage not registered by the system can be manually registered via the **Add new resource usage** button in the bottom left corner of the tab.

4. Click the **backward arrow** icon to return to the **Activity Scheduler**.
