# ◾ How to Access the Activity Scheduler through the Calendar

Through the Calendar

For users with **SRP** or **SRP (full control)** privilege, the **Activity Scheduler** page can be accessed via the **Calendar** module.

When editing a calendar event:


1. Double-click the selected event in the calendar.  
   The Edit Event pop-up opens.
2. Click the **Advanced Scheduling** link in the top-right corner near the close window icon.  
   You will be redirected to the [**Activity Scheduler**](/doc/advanced-scheduling-6uw4GlWcNY) page, where your selected calendar event is highlighted in yellow.  
   You will also see every other event scheduled for the activity. You can edit your current events or create new ones.

***IMPORTANT:*** The **Activity Scheduler** can only be accessed from the **Edit Event** pop-up window if the event is assigned to an activity. The Advanced Scheduling link appears once an activity is selected from the Activity drop-down.
