# ◾ How to Access Preset Reports

1. Access the **Reports** module from the Dashboard screen and click the **Preset Reports** tab.

   Preset reports are **subdivided** as follows:

   * [**Test Activity Management**](/doc/test-activity-management-1tG6YAbQx1)

   By default, all preset reports are **grayed out**, i.e. are not accessible.   
     
2. To access a report, select the necessary **Activity, Case,** and **Learne**r from the corresponding drop-down menus.

   [**Open-Ended Question Scoring**](/doc/open-ended-question-scoring-oeqs-F51zi8XITN) and [**Activity Reporting Setup**](/doc/activity-reporting-setup-mIabTibem4) are accessed from the **Preset Reports** tab, but the links only appear when an **Activity is selected**.

When one or more Activities are already assigned, the **Case** drop-down distinguishes between Cases (assigned to the Activity) and [Activity Evaluation Cases](/doc/case-evaluation-checklist-WrhjtdEbq7).
