# Evaluating Examination Competencies # Cross-Case Section Total Score **Examination competencies of learners** for each **section type** can also be calculated. Both have an OS (Overall Satisfaction) section, among other sections. The weight of the *OS* section of the first Case is set to 200, and the weight of the *OS* section of the second Case is set to 120. A learner's *OS* section score is 65% in the first case and 80% in the second Case. When section abbreviations are identical, two sections are considered to refer to the same **skill area** and will be **reported together**. For **each abbreviation** used in any section of the Cases, the system reports exactly **one Cross-Case Section Total Score**. ::: # Class Cross-Case Section Average **The Cross-Case Section Result can be calculated for a particular learner and for the whole class**.
