It is the **sum of the products of each section score** within one particular Case and the **corresponding section weight**, divided by the **sum of section weights** for the sections of one particular Case. It is always given as a percentage. ::: **ss** = section score of a learner for each section of one particular Case **ws** = section weight belonging to each section within the Case, defined in the Case Manager **n** = number of sections in the Case *__Example:__* A Case contains an *OS (Overall Satisfaction) section with a weight of 100 and a History section with a weight of 200* (no other sections are included). A learner's *OS* section score is 67 %, and his *History* section score is 85%.
