Enable Video Upload for Learners
This page walks you through how to allow video uploads to specific running activities for users with Learner privileges.

To allow learners to upload videos to the activities they are participating in:
Select a running Activity.
Video upload is only allowed for running activities.
Open it for editing.
Go to the Options tab.
Select the Learner checkbox under "Enable video upload for."
A confirmation dialogue will open informing you about the several additional settings that will be automatically turned on in the Learners access pane in the Reports tab of the activity:
The "Enable report access for learners during the activity" checkbox will be selected automatically.
If any type of report is selected on the Learner Access pane in the Report Access list, learners will have access to that particular type of report as long as the activity is running.Upon allowing video upload to the activity:
the Video Review checkbox will be automatically selected, and
every case of the activity will be selected as well on the Learner access pane:
Learners will have access to every existing video recording of themselves that is also assigned to the activities where learners have video upload permission.
Learners can view their recordings in the Video Review module:
Video Download
Video downloading is not auto-selected upon turning on video upload. The download icon will remain inactive when selecting a recording in the Video Review module.
You can enable video downloading for learners on the Learner access pane in the Reports tab of the activity.Learners can select the activities they are members of and where their privilege to upload videos is enabled.
Only the activities that fit these requirements will auto-populate in the Activity drop-down when trying to upload a video:
Learners will also be able to upload their videos to any Case of the Activity:
