# Educational Prescription Template Authoring

The [**Educational Prescription Report**](/doc/340249a9-aaa9-4a40-b00c-2bac0514b654) reviews the **textual evaluation** of a learner's performance throughout an Activity. Creating a **template** for the Educational Prescription **facilitates this feedback by using auto-text** to send information in a consistent format. [**Merge tags**](/doc/field-merge-tags-for-e-p-template-authoring-OV3Ppv5zPV) are used to populate the results with **set texts** or **collected data** for each individual.

The evaluation is **based on various aspects** that administrators or users with the *Report Reviewer (full control)* privilege can configure in the **Educational Prescription Template Authoring** function, accessible from the **Activity Reporting Setup** page.
