The Educational Prescription Report reviews the textual evaluation of a learner's performance throughout an Activity. Creating a template for the Educational Prescription facilitates this feedback by using auto-text to send information in a consistent format. Merge tags are used to populate the results with set texts or collected data for each individual.

The evaluation is based on various aspects that administrators or users with the Report Reviewer (full control) privilege can configure in the Educational Prescription Template Authoring function, accessible from the Activity Reporting Setup page.
