Easy Login

Easy Login, as the name of the feature suggests, facilitates the login process. This function can be made available for learners and SP users, ensuring they can sidestep having to select their account and group through Legacy login.

Conditions for Easy Login:

  • An Event has to be set up for the Activity (see Advanced Scheduling)

  • The event has to be added to a room

  • in the room, there has to be an in-room and/or hallway Station (i.e., computer) set up for the SPs and/ or learners, respectively

  • the Cases of the event have to contain SP and Learner checklists.

If these conditions are met, the login will be displayed as follows:

for SPs - the name is already displayed or can be selected from a drop-down, and only a password is needed to log in.

For Learners - names can be selected from a drop-down list from start to end of the event, and only a password is needed to log in. All Learners who were assigned to the event are on the list.
