# Deleting SPA Mobile App User Account

## How to Request Account Deletion?

At LearningSpace, we value your privacy. We are committed to handling your data responsibly and providing you with control over your data.

If you wish to **delete** your LearningSpace **SP Administration application** account and associated data, please follow these steps:


1. **Send an email** **to the administrator** responsible for managing LearningSpace in the institution you are working with (e.g., the *Simulation Center Manager*).  
   Compose an email **from your registered email address** to the email address of the administrator of LearningSpace.
2. **Subject Line:** In the subject line, please include *"SPA Account Deletion Request."*
3. **Email Content:** In the body of the email, **clearly state your request** to delete your “LearningSpace SP” account. Make sure to **include the email address** associated with your account.

## What Happens Next?

Upon receiving your email request, the administrator will begin the account deletion process. Here's what you can expect:

**Account Information:** All data associated with your account, including your *email address, name, and password,* will be **permanently deleted** from the system.
