# Data Entry in Video Review :::warning If your layout is different in your Single Room View, you probably have the **Legacy version**. For the user guide of Legacy pages, please go [here](/doc/data-entry-panel-in-video-review-legacy-version-KJCFAAyltu). ::: ## Data Entry **Data Entry** means filling out a [**checklist**](/doc/checklists-case-parts-MEst6SU79S) consisting of **questions related to a simulation** [**Case**](/doc/case-manager-QdAIr4bLwJ) or other exercise. The evaluation mainly aims at learner competence and performance. :::info As checklists are created within a Case and are to be filled out for a specific user, **Data Entry is only possible within the frames of an** [**Activity**](/doc/activity-manager-8Z2fsIu6LP), where a Case (as content) is linked to a selected range of participants (*Learner, Faculty,* and *SP* groups). ::: For users with **Faculty Data Entry** privilege, the [**Faculty and Observation checklist**](/doc/faculty-observation-and-narrative-fon-part-W1PTD2tkVD) of a Case can be filled out in the Single Room View of a recording they have access to (via [**membership of the Faculty group**](/doc/participants-tab-s7Xyhg8PtB) assigned to an Activity). LearningSpace only downloads the video from the Zoom cloud after it becomes available for download on the Zoom side. During this time, LearningSpace generates a video entry for the Zoom meeting (triggered immediately after the meeting starts) on the [Video Review](/doc/video-review-ue2ApIOQx4) page. 1. :::info Until the video is fully downloaded from the Zoom cloud to be reviewed in LS, **the status of the video entry is “Downloading“.
