# ◾ Conditions for the SP Performance Assessment Checklist # Setting Up the SP Performance Assessment Checklist The **SP Performance Assessment** method consists of **evaluating the performance** **of the SP**. Meet the *General Conditions* of the setup. 2. Add the Activity, Case, learner, and SP to a room in Recording. An Activity and Case can be added either manually, with [**RNSA setup**](/doc/rnsa-how-to-reserve-a-room-without-scheduling-BkpJkdhEpm), or by a [**scheduled event**](/doc/d926db8b-bdec-4116-8943-9aa1dfa12464). 3. Have one of your video control users or automatic recording controls ([**user-action triggered**](/doc/d7d1166c-4306-4ed9-9529-11e518e49972) or [**timeslot structure**](/doc/5e4d120e-93ac-4423-8cdf-8ca033131d56) video control) launch the recording in the room. 4. Make sure that the observed SP fills out and submits the SP checklist for the learner featured in the video recording, who is portrayed as Case. :::warning **Important Note for Enterprise Lite Users** This feature is for use with in-campus audiovisual (AV) inputs. Hence, it is not available for LearningSpace Enterprise Lite, which is used for web-conferencing-based virtual simulation encounters only. Meet the *General Conditions* of the setup. 2. Have a saved video recording with the name of the learner performing the Case and the name of the observed SP. 3. Ensure that the observed SP filled out and submitted the SP checklist of the portrayed Case on the learner featured on the video recording. :::info The **Observer** user should have access to the **Post-Encounter Observations** of the Activity under the **Data Entry Tools** by selecting the Activity.
