# ◾ Conditions for Inter-rater Agreement (SP Performance Assessment) # Setting Up Inter-rater Agreement [**Inter-rater Agreement **](/doc/inter-rater-agreement-yTGAzJPbpB)measures the accuracy of an SP's assessment skills. Grant the **Observer** privilege to a preferred Activity faculty group user. 2. Ensure the Case the observed SP is involved in has an SP checklist. 3. Meet the *General Conditions* of the setup. 2. Add the Activity, Case, learner, and SP to a room in [Recording](/doc/recording-module-TQ1YnPoHOI). An Activity and Case can be added either manually, with [RNSA setup](/doc/rnsa-how-to-reserve-a-room-without-scheduling-BkpJkdhEpm), or by a [**scheduled event**](/doc/d926db8b-bdec-4116-8943-9aa1dfa12464). 3. Meet the *General Conditions* of the setup. 2. Have a **saved video recording** with the name of the learner performing the Case and the name of the observed SP. 3. Ensure that the observed SP filled out and submitted the **SP checklist** of the portrayed Case on the learner featured on the video recording. :::info The **Observer** user should have access to the **Post-Encounter Observations** of the Activity under the **Data Entry Tools** by selecting the Activity.
