# Comparison: Advanced Scheduling - Flexi Scheduling

**Advanced Scheduling** within LearningSpace enables the pre-programming of events, including *exams, simulation exercises, lab practices*, and more. Users with the necessary privilege (Admin, SRP (full control) or SRP) can schedule specific events within an Activity for the ***assigned group of users***, using the selected Cases, time-managed explicitly in the designated Rooms.

**Flexible Scheduling (‘Flexi’)** solution  aims to **streamline and enhance the administration and execution of OSCEs** by leveraging and enhancing LearningSpace's existing modules. Flexi Scheduling **enhances efficiency and alleviates the administrative burden** on the Faculty.
