Here, manage internal and external departments or institutions using your training facilities. You can register your clients' **invoicing addresses** and **contact information**.

Then, you can add the client to an Activity in the [**Basics**](/doc/basics-tab-fkkwtT2A87) tab to allocate any activity-related resource usage to them. You can also set up an owner group for the client.
