Clearing the Score Cache

The score cache is a temporary storage where the calculated data are stored.
When a report is not requested for the first time, data are gathered from there, which speeds up the process of calculation.

If there are already existing records for a Case and then changes are made that may affect the score of respondents
When making changes (e.g., adding or removing items or answers, changing answer values or section weights), the score cache should be cleared to ensure that all scores are recalculated using the latest changes in the Case Manager.

For a step-by-step description, see How to Clear the Score Cache.
