Guide to Managing Cases in the System
This Video guide provides a step-by-step process for managing cases within the system, including creating new cases, adding content, and utilizing various features.
Accessing Cases
Click on the Cases icon in the middle of the screen.
On the left-hand side, view the case cabinets representing different departments or clients.
Click on a cabinet to filter the list of cases on the right-hand side.
To view all cases, click on All Cases.
Creating a New Case
Click New on the right-hand side of the screen to create a new case.
Enter a case name, e.g., Sample Case.
Optionally, add a Presenting Complaint.
Fill in additional fields as needed, such as custom fields, annotations, and resource usage.
Use the Share option to set access permissions.
Building Case Content
Click the Case Content button to start adding content.
Each part of the case is displayed at the top of the page, indicating who will interact with it.
To create a faculty checklist, click New Section and add a title, e.g., Initial Assessment.
Add items such as Yes/No questions, adjust points, and add notes as needed.
Reorder items by dragging them into the desired position.
Reusing Content
Use the Reuse option to search for and add existing questions or sections.
Search by keywords to find relevant content.
Adding Multimedia
Insert media by clicking Insert Media or by dragging files directly into the interface.
Edit and resize media as needed.
Finalizing and Saving
The system auto-saves changes, so no final save button is required.
To edit an existing case, double-click on it to access the content.
Set time limits for learner data entry components if needed.
Once you have completed your edits, you can return to the case manager or home screen.
