# Annotations Settings

You can [**save preset annotations**](/doc/how-to-access-the-annotation-settings-window-via-the-system-manager-legacy-version-hTEAJSWZFh) with the **Annotation Settings** option.

### Recording and Video Review

Your faculty and staff will access the annotations set up here when annotating [**live**](/doc/annotations-tab-Wpt0utzDx5) or [**saved video**](/doc/annotations-panel-in-video-review-XYo4jiYYFp) recordings.

Cases

The annotations created here can also be assigned to particular cases using the [**Preset annotations**](/doc/preset-annotations-tab-VDZ1Qm94bw) tab within each case.
