Also, events scheduled by an SRP user **must be approved** by an SRP (full control) user or an Admin. ::: ## SRP (Scheduling and Resource Planner) full control [**Full control users**](/doc/privileges-wnjrx8qPWS) can: * access, edit, or delete any event in the **Calendar** (independent of the [**Share**](/doc/07a89fc6-0f8f-4156-bd09-fa9cdc611bf1) settings of the Activity) * Schedule events in the **Calendar** module and assign them to *any* running Activity (independent of sharing). The user automatically gains access to the Activity's Advanced Scheduling option when they assign an event to a running activity. :::warning Events scheduled by a full-control user are approved by default, and the user can also approve events scheduled by an **SRP** user. ::: * Print or send calendar views (Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly) in email :::tip Combine the **SRP** or **SRP (full control)** privileges with the **Activity Manager** privilege to grant access to the **Advanced Scheduler** through the **Edit Activity** pop-up window. ::: :::tip **Advanced Scheduling** is also available for **Calendar** events. [**Rooms**](/doc/rooms-tab-ps5MTFHIAS) have *cameras*, but *simulators*, *intercom devices*, and workstation computers can also be configured. You can set up these devices on the relevant tabs of the [**System**](/doc/system-manager-ar9EDnlVcL) module. ::: :::warning **'**[**Stations in Advanced Scheduling**](/doc/stations-in-advanced-scheduling-DbvzvWxUZV)**'** is a different concept within LearningSpace than **'**[**Stations**](/doc/stations-settings-wf9eO8UwgJ)' (a specific computer that can be linked to a room and used for **data entry** by any designated participant of an Activity).
