Admins and users with Report Reviewer (full control) privilege have access to Activity Reporting Setup.

About Report Reviewer (Full Control) Access

Users with Report Reviewer (full control) privilege can only access the Activity Reporting Setup of the particular Activities they were assigned to as faculty members.

What is Activity Reporting Setup?

Activity Reporting Setup is a page where every setting related to the reports of a particular Activity can be accessed and edited.

The following functions are available on this page:

FUNCTION	TAB	DETAILS	INCLUDING
Setting up the type of scores the reports of the selected Activity should display.	Report Formatting	defining a group whose scores the class average will be based on selecting or disabling the different kinds of scores that can appear on the reports, deciding on score formats such as percentage, natural scores, the number of decimals to display, etc.	- Class Average - Historical Average - Decimals - Score Format - Grade Report settings - Preliminary Results/ Skill Report settings - Individual Checklist settings - Case Item Analysis settings
Managing privacy-related settings of certain report types	Privacy	Hiding or displaying personal details of SPs or learners.	- Raw Data Export - Open-Ended Question Scoring - Group Performance Review - Option to make Case and Activity Evaluation Anonymous
Providing the passing score of the Activity	Scoring - Passing Score	Determining the Passing score and deciding on its display options	Show Passing Score in Group Performance Review Show Passing Score in Grade Report Per-Case Passing Scores

IMPORTANT: Report Reviewer (full control) privilege users can only access the Edit Activity pop-up through the Report Availability tab (if they are Faculty participants of the affected Activity).

IMPORTANT: Settings and changes made on the Activity Report Setup page only apply to the selected Activity.
Changes are only saved after hitting Save at the bottom of the page.

Copying an Activity will copy the Activity reporting setup settings as well.
